Michael Vick

So Vick claims the Giants were poor sports after Sunday's loss, despite photos showing him hugging a Giant defender. You know, it's hard to simultaneously admire his undeniable, incredible athletic abilities on the field and reconcile that with his inability to be even a remotely decent human being off the field. From the guy having everything and squandering it by fighting dogs illegally, and flipping off Falcons fans, to now making false accusations of poor sportsmanship that actually better illustrates how sore a sport he actually is, even in victory, and how utterly contemptible he is in general. Maybe the sports commentators will gleefully speak in awe about his abilities, and with some reason. But I, for one, am sick of seeing and hearing about him. Wish his talents went to someone a little more deserving of them or, perhaps, rather that he had the same instincts towards decency as he does on the field.

  1. I think what you posted made a lot of sense. But, consider this,
what if you were to create a awesome headline?
    I ain't suggesting your content isn't good.,
but what if you added a title that grabbed people's attention?
I mean "Michael Vick" is a little vanilla. You should peek
at Yahoo's home page and note how they create news headlines to get people interested.
You might add a related video or a related pic or two to get people interested about everything've got to say.
In my opinion, it could bring your posts a little livelier.

  3. Thank you both! Your feedback is appreciated! And the point of the first one is well taken. I have tried to come up with livelier headlines for many log entries, although that has not always been the case, admittedly. Thank you for taking the time not only to read the blogs, but to comment on them, as well!
