FIFA Video Game Accurately Predicted Germany Winning World Cup

I know that this post comes a little late.

But for whatever the reason, I happened to run into it just a couple of days ago, and was both fascinated and startled with both some of the accurate predictions from it, as well as the inaccuracies.

For example, it obviously had Germany winning the World Cup championship, which proved accurate. But it had them barely beating defending champion Spain in the semifinal in penalty kick shootout to break a scoreless deadlock (Spain was one of the first teams eliminated from the tournament, getting off to as horrendous a start as possible), and then had Germany barely scraping by Brazil in the final match (these two teams actually met in the semifinal, and Germany famously humiliated Brazil, 7-1).
