NFL Week 10 Predictions

Pittsburgh at NY Jets - Come on! Really? The Jets are terrible, and they keep playing serious playoff contenders, one after the other. It is already hard for them to win any games, because of the poor quality of play, as well as just looking completely down and out. But the Jets should be loaded with teams like Oakland and Jax, instead of one playoff contender after another. I would love, love, love to predict a Jets win against the Steelers today. But I just cannot. Pittsburgh

Atlanta at Tampa Bay - Two disappointing teams square off. For the Falcons, they absolutely need this victory to try and not fall too far behind the Saints. For Tamp, their season has been done for a while, I think. If this were in Atlanta, it would seem like an easy pick. But since it is at Tampa? Well, it is much tighter, but I will still go with the Falcons. Atlanta

Miami at Detroit - Two much improved teams, with the Lions enjoying home field advantage. The Dolphins are coming off a 37-0 drubbing of San Diego, but at Detroit should prove a lot tougher. The Lions are winning, and if they keep on winning, they can finally take this division. Whether they do or not, they are good enough, and well rested enough, to get by the Fish today. Detroit

San Francisco at New Orleans - Two elite teams from last season that are not where they wanted or expected to be this season. The Niners are still tough, and so are the Saints, especially at New Orleans. I think the Saints take this one, because they need it more to win the division, and they have won three of four, where the Niners are coming off two bad losses in a row. New Orleans

Kansas City at Buffalo - What a game this is The Chiefs are tough, and the Bills are improved. Thankfully for the Bills, they have home field advantage, and they will need it to have a chance against KC. This is a tough game, and I do believe the Bills are good enough to win. But the Chiefs keep finding ways, and my guy feeling tells me that they will do it again this week. Kansas City

Dallas at Jacksonville - In London, the third NFL game this season played there. Dallas has lost two bad games in a row, but little helps that like a date against the Jaguars. I would like to say that Jax has a chance here, but I just do not see them having enough. Dallas

Tennessee at Baltimore - The Ravens are in a tight spot, in a tough division and needing every win that they can get. The Titans are not a good team, and the Ravens need to end their current slump. Domination is what I see, and a much needed win for the Ravens. Baltimore

Denver at Oakland - Denver is a tough team, but the Raiders need to win a game at some point. Just not today, not against the Broncos. Manning throws for multiple touchdowns again, sets more records again, and the Broncos get another notch on their belt. Denver

St Louis at Arizona - The Rams are coming off a huge upset win on the road in San Francisco that keeps them alive this season. But they have to play at Arizona, suddenly one of the toughest places to play? The Cards have a tight defense, and enough offense to get by this one, and improve to a league best 8-1. Arizona

NY Giants at Seattle Seahawks - I would love to be able to say that I have confidence that the Giants can do it. They may even have a chance, but Seattle is a very tough place to play. Both teams need to win, but only one will. Hate to say it, but it won't be the Giants. Seattle

Chicago at Green Bay - This should be a feature match. But neither of these teams are where they want to be, especially the Bears. Chicago always seems to struggle against Green Bay, especially at Lambeau Field, and I do not see that changing tonight. Green Bay

Carolina at Philadelphia - Both teams need this one. The Panthers, to keep trying to nip at the heels of the Saints, and the Eagles, to keep ahead of the Cowboys. The game is in Philly, and the Eagles are well rested and ready. Hard to see how Carolina will overcome all that. Philadelphia
