He was one of the most iconic performers from the legendary Woodstock concert of over 45 years ago, highlighted by a particularly beautiful and memorable cover of "With a Little Help From My Friends" by The Beatles.
Cocker then went on to enjoy a fruitful musical career in the decades that followed, ultimately earning the distinction of being inducted into the Rock Hall of Fame in 2007.
He died after a battle with lung cancer.
