The Onion Makes a Humorous, But Valid, Point Relating to Oregon Shooting

It is a gloomy morning where I am, with the hurricane that is apparently veering away from North America nonetheless mixing with other weather systems and dumping a lot of rain now, and expected to provide quite a bit more this weekend.

Yet, that is nothing compared with the gloom that those in Oregon, particularly by the commuinity college where the shooting took place, must be feeling today.

It may be too soon to look for the Onion for humor to help us through this, I realize. Yet, I saw this headline, and thought that it made such a valid point, that it deserved nonetheless to be shared here.
