My brother actually sent me this news story via email yesterday, and since I wrote so much about Pearl Jam yesterday, this seemed fitting and timely to publish now, on the eve of a historical performance that the band will play tomorrow in Brooklyn, during the induction ceremonies.
Neil Young had to skip out on inducting Pearl Jam into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, as he was scheduled to do, because of illness.
In his place, the legendary former talk show host David Letterman will be stepping in to fill those shoes.
