The far-right and MAGA always bend over backwards to try and justify their own indefensible support of Donald Trump.
Facts don't matter. Logic doesn't matter. Decency doesn't matter.
The only thing that matters to them is their version of winning, which translates to Trump being in power no matter what. He is in power right now, and so anything that threatens that power needs to be quickly justified or swept under the rug. Things such as the very possibility that he and his cronies tried to sweep this whole Epstein thing under the rug, since Trump and Epstein were documented as being such close friends.
In this video clip, obnoxious neocon turned MAGA spokesman Bill O'Reilly bends over backwards to try and lay the blame game of the supposed cover-up in the Epstein case on the Biden administration.
Only one problem: Trump was president at the time that Epstein was arrested, as well as when he committed suicide.
So did O'Reilly have a senior moment, and legitimately forget? Or was this a deliberate attempt to alter the facts in order to more convincingly smear the Biden administration and exonerate Trump and his White House?
Would either be really all that surprising?
Ridiculous.
