You know, for quite some time, I was under the impression that the earlier advice about how good and healthy eggs were for us had been overrated. Not sure what lent me that kind of skepticism, and cannot remember who, or what, the basis of this sudden skepticism was.
However, I have been eating eggs more in recent years, and it really has struck me just how many different things you can do with eggs, how many different ways they can be prepared and used, and also, just how easy, quick, and convenient they are.
