Ringo Starr is at it again!
The former member of the Fab Four has a new album out, and he is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, where he will perform in April when inducted officially.
In the meantime, he has kicked off a tour that includes dates on both North and South America.
Hopefully, he will be coming around the New York/New Jersey area again. Not only would I love the opportunity to see him again, but hope that my son gets the opportunity to see a former Beatle in concert (technically, he was at the Paul McCartney concert in the Plains of Abraham for Quebec's 400th anniversary, although he was really too young to remember anything from it).
Admittedly, I have had the privilege of seeing Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band a few times, dating back to the first time seeing him in 1997, and then seeing him since (with a different line-up) in 2010 and again in 2012. The last time was with my girlfriend, when we were just starting out as a couple, two months or so in. It was at Jones Beach, and she loved the concert!
It would be great to see him again, but it is awesome to see how active he remains at almost 74 years of age!
