What Can We Learn From New Zealand?

Other than  Erin Burnett, some silly hostess of a fluffy CNN showthat hardly deserves to be taken seriously, everything that I have heard about New Zealand has been pretty much positive.

It is a country blessed with incredible, breathtaking wilderness, with soaring mountains and forests, and the ocean surrounding this island nation on all sides, obviously.

New Zealand also enjoys one of the highest standards of living in the world, and is universally recognized as one of the most progressive nations in the world.

President Jimmy Carter mentioned in the movie "The Man From Plains" that if he absolutely had to leave the United States, New Zealand would likely be his top pick. Also, Anthony Kiedis, the lead singer of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, mentioned in his autobiography, "Scar Tissue", that he fells in love with a part of New Zealand enough to buy a home down there.

Plus, this is where "Flight of the Conchord" comes from, so it just has to be good, you know?

Now, there is an article featured in the Huffington Post that highlights suggestions regarding what we can learn from New Zealand, that tiny island nation where sheep still outnumber people.
