Some Little Known Facts About the Lincoln Assassination

With all of the discussion that I have put forth on this blog about the Kennedy Assassination, it seemed fitting to focus on another very prominent assassination of an American president, although this one obviously took place well before the age of motion pictures. No Zapruder film to investigate here, obviously.

But then again, nobody doubts that John Wilkes Booth assassinated President Lincoln. There are no major conspiracy theories surrounding this act like there are with the Kennedy Assassination. No endless stream of videos on Youtube, or anything.

Yet, it did obviously strongly impact the country. And questions do surface about what might have happened had Lincoln survived, much like those questions continue regarding Kennedy, had he survived.

As it turns out, though, there are some strange and fascinating things that you might not have known about the Lincoln Assassination. I didn't know them!
