A Sort of Nirvana Reunion in Aberdeen, Washington



Well, this was news on Nirvana, anyway.

More than twenty years after the death by suicide of Kurt Cobain, two members of the band that, in many cases, changed music history, united in their native Aberdeen, Washington, over this past weekend!

The reunion took place between bassist Krist Novoselic and original drummer Aaron Burckhard met for a tribute to the legendary band in their hometown of Aberdeen.

Aaron Burckhard had performed as drummer for the band's first live shows, but was ultimately booted out by Kurt Cobain, apparently due to his laziness and explosive personality.

This reunion served as a reconciliation of sorts between the former band members.
