No, this is not a joke.
The man who arguably brought us from mounting tensions between the Soviet Union and the west, and particularly the United States, is now suggesting that the threat of war between Russia and the west is very real now.
It could be over Ukraine, or it could be over the arctic.
But according to him, we are much closer than probably most people realize.
So, is this really what he believes? That we are closer than we probably think we are to World War III?
