Wow!
This guy is for real!
I know that he was a large part of the turnaround of the Indianapolis Colts last year, during his rookie season. He is also deemed to be a once in a generation caliber player, like a John Elway, or a Peyton Manning.
But if you watched the Giants and Colts in their preseason game last night, you could not help but be impressed with what this young guy has to offer!
The final touchdown pass that he threw was a beauty, beating out a Giant defender by mere inches, placing it just so, exactly where it needed to be to get into the arms of his intended receiver, with mere inches to work with. That kind of precision and talent is uncommon, even among elite quarterbacks.
I know the Colts were a good team again last season, and that Luck was a huge part of their success.
The thing is, I did not get the chance to actually watch any of his games, or see what he was all about.
I did last night, and all I can say is, wow!
This is a guy that is for real, that has a tremendous amount of talent. He very likely has a very promising career ahead of him, and the Colts should benefit strongly from this. Man, think about it, the Colts went from Peyton Manning to Andrew Luck!
They should be good for some time to come!
