I just thought that this was an amazing and apparently true!) story, and so I just thought that it deserved to be shared, so more people could read it and think about it.
A woman has her wallet taken from her, and she confronts the man who has taken it from her. Only, she does something that truly amazes!
In our society, most people automatically think about retribution, about making people pay for the crimes that they commit, for the wrongs they inflict on people. This story challenges that heavy handed approach, and begs us, essentially, to delve a little more deeply, and understand the motivations behind certain actions.
I like it, and the timing of it coming out, just after Thanksgiving, with the unofficial holiday season now upon us.
