Another boot-licking, war mongering MAGA moron is trying to beat the drums for Trump's stated desire to take over Greenland.
Despite all of the solid evidence to the contrary, Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry says that Greenlanders want to be closer to the United States. That they want more American influence over their affairs.
Yeah right.
Since Trump's bluster over militarily taking over Greenland, the signs have been unmistakable that Americans are incredibly unpopular in Greenland. One of the top selling items is a MAGA hat, but reading "Make America Go Away " instead. Polls showed that an overwhelming majority of Greenlanders opposed Trump and wanted nothing to do with his territorial expansion dreams. The opening of an American consulate in Nuuk was officially snubbed, and many Greenlanders took to the streets to protest Trump and his United States.
Yet Landry claims that the anti-American spirit is basically a media manipulation. That in fact, Greenlanders love the United States. Basically, he is implying that they want to be a part of the United States.
Fuck off, Governor Landry. Take your war mongering message and stay in your red state. Don't bother leaving it anymore.
