Yes, every February, we hit these anniversaries from the Beatles legendary visit to America in 1964.
It was a different time, when a musical act could capture the nation's attention on the level that the Beatles did back then. Of course, it should be remembered that just months before, Kennedy had been assassinated, and the nation (and perhaps indeed the world) was in need of a little cheering up.
Along came the Beatles, and the rest, as they say, is history.
