Since we are already on the subject of the Beatles, I figured it would be appropriate to share this link, which discusses the story behind one of the legendary band's most iconic songs.
Yes, Hey Jude has an incredible story behind it, and it is something that all fans of the band, or of the song, should get acclimated with.
The words were by Paul McCartney, and he was directing them towards Julian Lennon, the son of John, as his father was in the process of divorcing young Julian's mother after falling in love with Yoko Ono. These words were meant to be a source of comfort and sympathy for Julian, and as a result, they are beautiful and inspiration, even unifying to a lot of people going through personal drama.
