This Winter Might Not Be Nearly as Bad as Last Winter

Apparently, this winter might not be nearly as bad as some of the most dire prognostications had suggested. It seems that every year, some wit has apparently read "The Farmer's Almanac", and that they apparently are predicting a horrendous winter, and they are never wrong, and so on and so forth.

After the winter that we went through here on the East Coast last year, everyone was worried that this was going to be a new trend, that this was going to be a very col winter. Last year, we got all too familiar with the term "Polar Vortex", but after this winter, it would become so entrenched into our regular vernacular, that it would become just another term to describe winter.

According to livescience.com, however, government scientists are suggesting that we are actually going to have a mild winter coming up. A report by scientists from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). have predicted a mild winter.
