You hear all of the horror stories about the excessive complications and delays of Obamacare, and how so many people seem to hate it.
But Obama, just a couple of days ago, outright touted it's success, and suggested it was a huge success, and has helped the overall economy to improve.

It seems to me that Obamacare is not what the president promised, but it is a step up, nevertheless, compared to what was available beforehand. Whether or not people acknowledge it, something needs to be done to bridge the divide between the US and other industrialized nations, since the United States stands alone as the only industrialized nation in the world still failing to provide it's citizens with a system of universal, affordable healthcare.
I don't think that Obamacare is the answer, but I do believe that it is a step in the right direction, overall.
