Photography is very powerful. We are all familiar with the saying that a picture is worth one thousand words.
Well, these pictures from the days of Nazi Germany can be evidence of this.
They hold a mysterious, as well as somewhat sinister, quality to them. They are black and white, and have a somewhat grainy quality to them. But, generally speaking, you can see what is going on, and that lends them a haunting quality.
