Earlier this year, I posted something about Bob Dylan, who released one of his most powerful songs ever, a song that had themes and relevance spanning decades of American history. A sad song about a slow but steady decline. Well, perhaps lightning fast decline, in terms of history. But a slow and certainly sad decline, in terms of the people actually living through it, and seeing it happen, this painful unraveling, before our very eyes.
Well, another legendary old musical act has now released a timely song with particular relevance to these times we are living in.
Yes, the Rolling Stones released a new song, "Living in a Ghost Town". And it is specifically meant for these times now, the era of the coronavirus.
