Yesterday, the Ottawa Redblacks earned their first victory of the season, defeating the winless, 0-4 Edmonton Elks, 26-7. Ottawa improved their own record to 1-2 on the year with the win. Later today, the 2-1 Winnipeg Blue Bombers will try to bounce back from their rather shocking blowout home loss to British Columbia last weekend, which also was their first (and so far only) defeat of the season. They will visit the 2-0 Alouettes in Montreal. Meanwhile, the 3-0 Lions will travel to Toronto to face the CFL's defending champion, 2-0 Argonauts, in a battle of unbeatens. Not in action this weekend are the 0-3 Hamilton Tiger-Cats, the 2-1 Saskatchewan Roughriders, and the 1-2 Calgary Stampeders.
Below is a video showing the entirety of a recent CFL game between the British Columbia Lions and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, who have been the CFL's best overall team in the prior three CFL seasons.
