The news really is not meant to be funny. And it certainly has not been funny or encouraging or anything shy of crushingly depressing in a long time, frankly.
However, one important tactic to try and maintain some semblance of sanity through these insane times is to try and keep a sense of humor. To that end, it feels like a lot of these memes which imitate King Con Don's actual (frankly ridiculous) social media posts are actually quite hilarious.
