Trump Once Wondered Why the U.S. Could Not Get More Immigrants From Countries Like Norway, But the Answer Is Actually Quite Simple & Obvious

Remember when Trump asked (out loud) why there aren't more people immigrating from countries like Norway?

Well, the answer seems frankly obvious and simple. At least, that is, to everyone but to those Americans who still always automatically assume American superiority over the rest of the world.

Norway is a Scandinavian nation. And the Scandinavian nations generally have risen to the very top of the standard of living list around the world. Norway specifically has enjoyed the top ranking at times. Not sure if it is still there, but it is surely at or very near the top right now, as I write this.

There are reasons for this. Norwegians have a beautiful country and enjoys affluence that is generally higher than most of the rest of Europe. They also have things which remain absent in the United States. Important, really even crucial things, like affordable healthcare (nobody in Norway goes bankrupt because they cannot afford their medical expenses). They also enjoy a good amount of paid vacation numbering in the weeks, as well as relatively affordable childcare. Their education system is not in tatters or become a bad joke, as it seems Americans have allowed their educations system in the United States to have become. We Americans have come to be known for our rather astonishing levels of ignorance about the rest of the world, collectively. There's a reason for that. Education is prized and considered a priority in other countries, and that certainly includes Norway.

So with all of that, and with a very comfortable standard of living in a nation that is beautiful and safe, why would Norwegians want to leave to test the uncertainties and stresses of the American way of life, such as it has become?

Most people reading this surely have heard these arguments and rationales before. But if you are American and, by chance, this is the first time you have ever heard this, then watch the video below. Moreover, do yourself a favor and watch other videos from people in countries like this, comparing their standard of living favorably to that which Americans have grown used to.

Why aren't more Norwegians immigrating to the United States?

Because they would be crazy to leave a very comfortable lifestyle in their home country for a compromised lifestyle that is ranked significantly lower than Norway in terms of overall standard of living. In short, why leave?
