I mentioned how during my recent trip, there was a surprise (at least to me it was a surprise) visit to the town of Montréal in Bourgogne. Having heard about it (and for some reason, always thinking that the town was in southern France somehow), it always seemed like a place that would be very nice to visit...someday.
Had no idea that it would happen on this particular trip. In fact, it was just on this past Monday the 29th (and I am writing on Thursday, the 29th).
There are plenty of pictures which I never did post about that visit to Montréal. For some reason, the internet access at the last hotel in Paris which I stayed at (and closed this past trip at) had suspect, frankly unreliable internet access. So I never did quite get to upload anywhere near as many photographs as expected or wanted.
Now, back in Hillsborough and with full internet access, I hope to remedy all of that.
However, there was one charming little spot in the neighboring town of Sceaux that seemed worth sharing here. At first, I thought that it was a château, although it did not seem like it on closer look. In truth, I am not sure entirely what this was.
Yet, it was certainly attractive. Of that, there was no question. And so some pictures were taken, which seemed worth sharing here.
Enjoy.
