The Eiffel Tower on a Rainy Early Morning

This was something that I had wanted to do for a long time. Wake up very early and go to the Trocadero, so that I could take some pictures of the Eiffel Tower sans crowds. And I finally did just that. 

It just happened to be a soggy morning. Then again,  this is Paris. So rain is to be expected. 

Since this is my last day in Paris, I had planned to schedule this early morning visit to the Eiffel Tower today.  The first flight is in the afternoon, so I had that window of opportunity, and I took it.

These pictures I took about two or so hours ago as I write this,  at a little after 8:30 in the morning. 

Thought that these would be worth sharing.
