Obviously, this is a spoof article.
Yet, it seemed humorous to me, and worth sharing. After all, Stephen King is known as a horror writer, and as such, he comes up with some truly horrific settings and scenarios for his stories and books. Some of them are truly terrifying world scenarios, including at least two or three end of the world scenarios (two books and one short story), as well as all sorts of demonic kinds of characters and such, often tormenting a community of people.
He even wrote one book that people felt almost was a precursor to the present era, with a populist yet unstable politician gaining traction, and winding up in the highest office in the land, and bringing his dangerous mental instability into the White House. That surely sounds familiar, does it not? After all, we have been living it now for the past three and a half years!
But the link to the article below is a bit different. It was published just before Trump won the 2016 election, and when he was still regarded as too ridiculous, narcissistic, unstable, racist, and childish to be president, according to most people. None of that changed, except that he shocked the country, and really the world, by winning that damn election.
The country has been the laughing stock of the world since.
Just before he ascended, however, there was still this perception of him as being a clownish figure, and genuinely a very bad human being. In this spoof article, Cthulhu blasts Stephen King for comparing Trump with him.
