Days After the Death of Pope Francis, Trump Publicly Shames Himself (Yet Again) With AI Image of Him as Pope

Let me make this clear: this is NOT a weekend funny.

Just days after Pope Francis passed, Donald Trump thought it would be a good idea - or perhaps a funny one - to post a picture of himself as the Pope.

This man is closer to representing all Seven Deadly Sins than he is to representing the man who is supposed to be God's representative on Earth.

I am not sure if he thought that this was funny, or if he had still more delusions of grandeur, or what. But for a sitting President of the United States to act in this undignified manner, to make a point of lowering the bar of standards and decency each and every opportunity that he gets, it's just sickening, frankly. There has been a consistent lowering of manners and respect in our American society generally. But nothing betrays that as much as the fact that this pathetic and staggeringly needy man always feels he has to be the center of attention at all times, no matter what the subject.

Can you imagine if Obama had done this? Or perhaps Joe Biden, or Bill Clinton? Or perhaps Hillary Clinton or Kamala Harris?

We surely would never hear the end of it from FOX News and MAGA nation.

When it's Trump, however, that apparently makes it okay, right?

Does this man ever pass up even a single opportunity to show the world that he is a clueless, classless jackass?

Again, we wonder why the rest of the world increasingly views us with disgust, or that they view us as a nation of morons?

What a pathetic state of affairs.
