Sunday Overseas Football: Minnesota Vikings vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
This game will be played at 9:30 EST. And since I am writing this after six in the morning, and about to head off to work, it felt safer simply to publish this preview for this particular overseas right now. I will attempt to write the other predictions later, separately.
The Vikings and Steelers have headed overseas to play this one. It should be a good match-up between the two teams. I feel that home field advantage is not so strong when these games are played overseas like this one.
What that means is that the Vikings would be at a more serious disadvantage if they had to go into the Steel town to face Pittsburgh. But with this being played on a more or less neutral field, that should, I suspect, benefit the Vikings.
And that is the reason that I am going with them. Despite being the road team, I feel that the Vikings are, generally speaking, the better of these two teams, and should be able to find a way to win it.
