Right now, New Jersey just experienced some serious flooding following the heavy rains which we just received a couple of days ago. That seems to be a real problem in New Jersey from time to time.
Yet, it might not be the worst problem in this regard for the Garden State. Or the most disgusting, for that matter.
Ran into this article recently (actually, before the flooding). But I never got around to publishing it. However, after the recent floods, it seemed particularly important. This is about just how disgusting things sometimes can get. Raw sewage floating in the streets in some New Jersey communities.
