Back in 1994, Richard Nixon Eerily Predicted A Situation Similar to What Has Since Come to Pass in Russia

Not the biggest fan of Richard Nixon or his presidency.

However, I ran into this video from shortly after the end of the Cold War, where Nixon makes a prediction about Russia that seems, frankly, to have been quite accurate. He predicts a rise of Russia, fueled by a resentment of the West - and particularly the United States - that sure seems to have come to fruition. He does not name Putin, or anything. But he seems to accurately predict that kind of authoritarian leader to come.
