Peter Gabriel Just Released His First Original Song in Two Decades

Peter Gabriel is back on the music scene, which is good news.

This year, he will be releasing a new album, called "I/O." There is no set date and, in fact, the way that he is releasing it is both original and, frankly, a bit bizarre. He will be releasing a new song with each new moon of this year, with the first one having just been released. Again, strange, and certainly unique. Then again, this is Peter Gabriel we are talking about, so we should expect it to be unusual. That is part of his greatness, I think. 

He just released the first of these songs, “Panopticom.” It is the first single from that upcoming album, "I/O," that I already mentioned.
