Now I have to say, this video was somehow both impressive musically, as well as quite humorous. My suspicion is that it was meant to be both, and succeeds.
Indeed, this does sound like what the song probably would have sounded like (more or less) if Metallica (back in the 80's, anyway) would have performed this George Michaels song. And this version is not nearly as (intentionally) obnoxious as Limp Bizkit's cover of "Faith."
In any case, take a listen, and see if you don't agree!
