Queens of the Stone Age were one of the few bright spots a bit over 20 years ago (it's hard to believe it has actually been that long!), when it seemed that rock music was slowly but surely fading from the radio waves. They were, arguably, the last really big alternative act in the mode of those bands that helped to define the nineties. They were a refreshing change of pace from some of the other bands out there, when it felt like rock music itself seemed to be in decline.
Well, they are back. They have a new album coming out. And recently, they released a never before heard song in one of their shows.
