Back in Spring of 1961, Two Sisters Went on TV & Revealed That Their Grandfather Had Fought in the American Revolutionary War

This was an amazing video, taken in April of 1961.

Of course, that was a while ago now, but not that long ago. My parents were around, and I was less than a decade and a half from making my own appearance. So this was fairly modern.

And yet, these two women evidently had a grandfather who participated in the Revolutionary War against the British. In fact, he was at Valley Forge with George Washington, and was also present at Yorktown when the British officially surrendered. 

That is absolutely hard to believe. Yet evidently, it is true. All of this is evidently documented.
