Teacher Who Made Student Feel Dumb For Entire Academic Year Pays When Her Own Words & Mockery Are Thrown In Her Face At Year's End

This is a short piece on a student who was made to feel dumb by a teacher consistently over the course of an academic year. And while the author sounded, frankly, a little petty and vengeful towards the end, delighting in the misery of the newly fired teacher, it nevertheless can be understood why he would feel that way. After all, the teacher in question did nothing to help make him feel better or smarter or more capable. 

Apparently, there was precious little in the way of encouragement or trying to help the student understand. Instead, it seems like the teacher vented her own life's frustrations out on this kid. So we can understand his anger and frustration, and why he seems to take such joy in the end with the teacher's misfortune, which of course came about as a result of the kid literally recording all of these put downs over the course of many months, and then playing them back before her bosses at the end of the academic year.

Frankly, in this day and age, how a teacher could be blind to this very real possibility is beyond me. Almost everyone in classrooms today seems to have cell phones and other devices that can record things. How many times have we all encountered videos of everyday occurrences, happening in what traditionally would have been largely private moments? It is, frankly, almost beyond belief that this teacher was so taken by surprise that her own harsh and, frankly, unprofessional words would be used against her, that she figuratively would have been forced to fall on her own sword. That sword, of course, being her own mocking words and lack of professionalism, documented on camera and/or video clips, over the course of many months, and with no denial possible. 

Take a look at this article, or piece, below. It is from a a high school boy who was fed up with being mocked and made to feel dumb, and decided to do something about it. And no, it was not shooting up the school, although headlines these days might lead us to believe that could have been a possibility. He documented, in a clear and undeniable way, the unprofessional approach by his teacher, and then used this against her when the time came.
