Tillerson, who was picked by Trump and worked closely with the "very stable genius," once called Trump a "fucking moron." Tillerson more recently said that Trump is undisciplined, and tried to make him do things that are illegal.
On a larger note, he said that Twitter was having an adverse impact on the attention span for most Americans, although he did not blame Trump or single him out for it in any way. Here is some of what he said about Twitter (and it should be noted here that Tillerson learned that he had been fired by reports of a tweet by Trump clearly suggesting as much):
“I will be honest with you. It troubles me that the American people seem to want to know so little about issues that they are satisfied with 128 characters.
“I don’t want that to come across as a criticism of him. It’s really a concern I have about us as Americans, and us as a society, and us as citizens.”
Trump, never one to back down from a petty exchange of insults, now describes Tillerson as "dumb as a rock" and "lazy as hell."

Maybe Trump fans refuse to believe that the long list of people, both to the left and to the right, who criticize this pathetic loser of a "President" are all wrong or in some kind of gigantic conspiracy to make him look like a clueless jackass. But I, for one, am convinced that he actually is a clueless jackass, not least of all from his own conduct and his own words.
