My son and I went hiking agai

My son and I went hiking again this weekend,  and got to enjoy some particularly pleasant,  idyllic weather.  It has been an unusually rainy and turbulent spring,  so this was a pleasant break 

 Glad that we managed to take advantage of the opportunity. 

We noticed that there seems to be far fewer chicks from geese this spring than usual.  However,  we got to see some during our hike,  and later,  even got to see and take pictures of some young swan chicks,  as well. I do not remember ever having seen baby swans before
