My alma mater, Rutgers University, defeated Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens 45-13 in a college football game yesterday. With the win, Rutgers improved to 3-0 on the season for the first time since 2012.
Greg Schiano, to his credit, seems to know how to make Rutgers at least relatively impressive. He has now earned 73 total wins with Rutgers, and is five wins away from setting what would be a new record.
This is the most impressive start that I can remember Rutgers enjoying since they joined the Big Ten, which is one of the most brutal divisions in sports.
Next week, Rutgers has a huge test when they go up to Ann Arbor to take on Michigan. That's going to be tough, so we shall see.
Meanwhile, what an impressive start for Rutgers, eh?
