So it seems to me that this would be a great year to visit Paris....if you can afford it. The City of Lights will be hosting the Olympic Games this summer. Obviously, that is a big deal. And it also means that the prices will be jacked up more than they usually are.
Still, it seemed to me to be a good idea to post something about Paris, and the best parts of the city to visit.
Below is a link to an article that ranks the very best arrondissements (districts or neighborhoods, if you will) which they rate from worst to best. Not sure that I agree with this list. But such lists are, it seems, designed for debate.
