Biden keeps revealing just how out of date he is, seemingly at every opportunity.
Yes, Republican…er, Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is still referring to marijuana as a “gateway drug,” even while there is a mountain of evidence clearly suggesting that marijuana is not addictive nor anywhere near as damaging as hardcore drugs, which older generation politicians like Biden too often seem to somehow ignore this evidence and stick to the notion that taking marijuana will inevitably result in people using much more serious, dangerous drugs somewhere down the line in the future.
Here, specifically, is what Biden said recently about whether or not he would legalize marijuana when – really, if – he gets elected into the White House:
"The truth of the matter is, there's not nearly been enough evidence
that has been acquired as to whether or not it is a gateway drug," Biden
said. "It's a debate, and I want a lot more before I legalize it
nationally. I want to make sure we know a lot more about the science
behind it."
Okay, boomer.
