PSG continued it’s dominance of Ligue 1 play this weekend with a solid 4-1 win over Amiens SC, who seemed completely overwhelmed.
Kylian Mbappé scored the first goal in the 10th minute to give PSG the lead early in the game.
Neymar added a second goal early in the second half, at the 47th minute.
Then, Mbappé scored another goal in the 65th minute, giving PSG a decisive 3-0 lead.
Stiven Mendoza scored in the 70th to get Amiens on the scoreboard.
However, Mauro Icardi earned a goal in the 84th minute, ending any wild chance that Amiens had for forcing a draw, or stealing a miracle win.
With the win, PSG remains ahead in Ligue 1 standings. They have earned 45 points in 18 games played, while the second place team, Olympique Marseille, has earned 38 points in 19 games. PSG has won their last six Ligue 1 games, and have not lost a single game since a shocking 2-1 upset to Dijon early in November.
