Trump is suing again, this time suing th House Committee that is investigating January 6th, and Trump's role in it. As Kirschner points out, Trump is trying to weaponize the delay in the court system, something that he has been known to do before.
It will likely be defeated. However, as Kirschner predicted, my guess is that, even if Trump is forced to testify at some point, he will just plead the fifth, over and over again, probably hundreds of times, much like he did weeks ago. Because that's what totally innocent people do, of course.
Let's hope this petty, pathetic man stops dominating the headlines in the near future. America itself is diminished by how much this small man seems to cast the entire country in the shadow of his staggeringly oversized ego.
