A few weeks ago, I think it was still relatively early in October, I visited Skylands Botanical Gardens in Ringwood, New Jersey.
This used to be one of my favorite haunts. Often times, hardly a week or so would go by in between visits.
In recent years, visits have a lot less common, because I live much farther away. But I was in the area not long ago and had some free time. So I paid the place a visit for the first time in something like a year or so.
