Michelin Has Apparently Developed Airless Tires Which May Soon Be Introduced to the General Public

Now, I know this is one of those things which most anyone reading this has probably heard of before. Kind of like the flying car, we keep hearing about how technology to develop the airless tires is right around the corner, right?

Imagine it: no more flat tires. No low air pressure showing when it gets really cold during winter. No more having to go fill your tires with air, or keeping check on air pressure.

Sounds enticing, does it not? 

Well apparently, this is not necessarily going to be a pipe dream for too much longer. Evidently, Michelin - a well-established tire company with a history dating back to the early days of the automobile, has indeed developed an airless tire.

Better still, it may be introduced to the consumer in the not too distant future.

Wouldn't that be nice?
