There is a lot of bad news in the world, especially lately.
Every single day, we are watching a horrific invasion of Ukraine by Russia. It appears that there are massive human rights abuses going on there on a daily basis, as well. And it sure feels like this conflict will go on and on, with no end in sight.
However, here is a bit of promising news, for a change.
What is it?
Apparently, bald eagles are making a strong comeback. Once, these birds, who obviously are an official symbol of the United States, were an endangered species. It felt like a sign of the times, that one of our most proud and iconic symbols was, in real life, threatened with ceasing to exist.
Now, however, they are thriving, which I would say is a great sign.
