The maker of this video, Drew Binsky, has traveled to every country in the world. That includes countries which generally are very difficult for Americans to get to, including Iran, North Korea, Algeria, and Venezuela. Yet he made a point of reaching every country, and he made videos summing up his experiences in each.
In this video, which I admittedly have not yet fully watched (in fact, barely watched more than a few minutes of at the time of this writing), he tackles some of the cultural differences between Europe and the United States. Judging from his previous videos, I am assuming that there is nothing outlandishly stupid or prejudiced in the video, although admittedly, you never know.
