Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Flees Country As Protests Turn Violent

These appear to be violent times in Bangladesh.

Thousands of protestors stormed the official residence of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who resigned and then fled to New Delhi, in neighboring India. She stated that she left in fear of her own safety. 

The head of the Bangladeshi Army has announced the formation of an interum government for now.
