In honor of the NFL season having just begun, and with the first full weekend of regular season play about to start, it seemed fitting to post these pictures of the preseason game between the Giants and the defending AFC Champion Cincinnati Bengals that my son and I went to last month.
We arrived early, and so we got to go to the exhibit where Big Blue displays the trophies from their past. I had seen one or two of these, possibly even three of them. But not all four, I do not believe. And certainly not all four at the same time.
Of course, we arrived early enough to watch the players warm up. These were great seats. Since they ere preseason tickets, they were far cheaper than almost all the other tickets for games tend to be (I paid about $30 per ticket, including all of those extra fees and charges), and about $15 for parking. Not a bad deal, and I like to take him to at least one game per year, if possible, especially in the preseason. Last year, we saw the Jaguars and Saints. This year, it was the Bengals and the G-Men.
